How can I get a PIN for my chip card
We gave you a 4-digit PIN when we gave you the card, but it’s better to change it to something you can remember and others can’t easily guess.
Here’s how you can get or change your PIN:
If you activate your new card online, they will ask you to make a new PIN. You don’t need to know the old one.
If you call us to activate your card, you can make a new PIN or ask for your old one to be sent to you.
Remember, if you make a new PIN, you’ll need to sign for your first purchase at a store with a person at the register. After that, you can use your new PIN at places where you use your card by yourself.
You can use your PIN to get money from ATMs. Your Cash Advance rate applies. There’s only one PIN for your card. If you’re the main cardholder, you can give the PIN to people you trust.
Go to the website’s login page. Click “Set up online access.” Confirm who you are and create your login details. Then, you can use the website to manage your old navy Credit Card login.
