You can adjust the email address where you get Xfinity email alerts and messages in My Account. The email ending in www.comcast.net Email is normally the one we use, but you can pick a different one whenever you want.
How to Put Your Own Email
To add your email to your account, do this:
- Log in to My Account and make sure you’re on the Users section.
- Choose Edit next to the person you want to add an email for.
- In Contact Info, tap Add Your Email. (If there’s already an email, you can delete it and start again, or change it by tapping Edit).
